• One roughly 3"x3" cut (sizes/graphics will vary) of a Classic Powell Peralta 7-ply maple skateboard deck with hand-sanded rails and pre-drilled, countersunk holes.
• Two 3" long #10-32 black Phillips head bolts
• Two #10-32 black hex flange nuts
• Two #10-32 black acron nuts
• One #8 x 1 1/2" black Phillips head screw
• One Fischer Duopower 5x25 conical plastic wall anchor
