Order Information
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. All orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following day. All weekend orders ship the following Monday. Please note that all shipping services and times only apply to Business Days.

Delivery & Shipping Information
Orders with cart total over $150 ship free within the Continental United States -- Hawaii, Alaska and FPO Military addresses excluded. NJ ships daily via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Customers are emailed confirmation once the order has been placed to let you know the order was successfully received and again when the package has been shipped with tracking information provided. If you fail to receive email confirmations please contact us.
All packages ship from either shop with fast and affordable shipping anywhere within the United States. NJ is located on the Northeast Coast of the U.S. enabling us to reach many destinations within 1-5 Business days using the mentioned shipping services.
To calculate shipping costs, place the items you wish to order in your Shopping Cart. While on the cart page scroll down to view the "Shipping Rates Calculator" to enter in your state and zip code to receive a quote. Continue the checkout process to finalize your order.
Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with NJ. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate returns and exchanges granted they meet all of the criteria outlined below:
Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue cash refunds for online sales. All returns will be authorized at the discretion of NJ and return shipping will be paid at the customers expense.
Shipping fees are non refundable for orders that do not meet our free shipping order policy.
All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. Any items listed with price discounted as "Sales" or skateboard hardgoods are FINAL SALE please make sure you choose the correct size.
Any items that fall under the Quickstrike / Limited Category Cannot be Refunded unless we authorize it.
Use our "contact us" form within 7 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.
All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition.
All returns must be accompanied by your original packing list / receipt.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card.

We do not offer international shipping, we are working towards finding reasonable rates to ship out of the USA.
